​Job Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for overseas market research, expanding business channels in foreign markets, and effectively developing new customers through B2B websites, social media platforms, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc., in order to achieve sales targets.
2、Capable of independently tracking orders, addressing customer needs, conducting price negotiations, and facilitating order completion.
3、Track the production progress of orders, responsible for delivery tracking, order summarization, and settlement tracking.
4、Effectively respond to all inquiries, provide accurate quotations, address technical inquiries, analyze and summarize inquiries effectively, continually refine response strategies and methods, and improve the conversion rate of effective inquiries.
5、Coordinate customer resources, proactively maintain contact with clients, consolidate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new clients.
6、Familiar with company products, stay updated on industry trends, and periodically provide feedback to the company on market conditions.
7、Actively coordinate and manage internal and external resources of the company to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
8、Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the company or department.

Qualifications：
1、Associate degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, English, or other relevant fields.
2、English level of CET-4 or above, proficient in professional oral and written communication skills.
3、More than 1 year of work experience in the field of international trade, proficient in various office software applications.
4、Familiar with website promotion, Alibaba platform operation and maintenance, online sales processes, and the various aspects of online sales business.
5、Understanding of import and export business processes, familiarity with the various aspects of foreign trade import and export operations, and relevant laws and regulations.
7、Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills, outgoing personality, quick and sharp in response, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle significant work pressure.
