Pulse Jet Dust Collector is a high-efficiency baghouse dust collection equipment. It is a large-scale dust removal device characterized by large air volume handling, effective dust cleaning, high dust collection efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and small footprint. Dust-laden gas enters through the air inlet and, as it passes through the hopper, some large particles of dust are separated out due to inertial forces and fall directly into the hopper. After passing through the hopper, the dust-laden gas enters the filter bag area of the cabinet, where the gas passes through the filter bags and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags. The cleaned gas then enters the upper cabinet through the mouth of the filter bag and is discharged from the air outlet.
The filter bag is a critical component that determines the dust collection efficiency and working temperature of a baghouse dust collector. The cost of replacing filter bags constitutes a significant portion of the main maintenance expenses for a baghouse dust collector. Therefore, the service life of the filter bag is related to the operating status and usage costs of the dust collector. When selecting filter bags, one should consider factors such as the temperature, humidity, and chemical properties of the gas; the size, weight, and shape of the particulate matter; as well as the dust concentration, filtration velocity, dust cleaning method, emission concentration, and the working principle of the baghouse dust collector.
